Pure Matcha

Add 1.5 g (half a teaspoon) of matcha to water at 70-80 °C and whisk until frothy. Do not use boiling water, or the matcha turns bitter. For a latte, first work it into a paste with two tablespoons of water, then add hot or cold milk.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the conclusion of the agreement, starting from the day the goods are received, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal period starts on the day the goods are delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to give written notice to Akalburgers Gıda Turizm İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. through one of the following channels within this period:

Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases. Because the products we sell are food items, some of the products in our store are directly affected by these exceptions:

• Contracts for the delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date may pass.
• Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or wrapping have been opened after delivery, where return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
• Goods that, after delivery, become mixed with other products and by their nature cannot be separated.

In practice this means: a return is accepted if the outer packaging of the box has not been opened, its seal is unbroken and the product has not been used. Tea and coffee products whose packaging has been opened cannot be accepted for return for hygiene reasons.

Return process

1. Send your withdrawal notice through the channels above within 14 days. State your order number.
2. Within 10 days of your notice reaching us, send the product to Arabacıalanı Mah. 588. Sok. No: 4/12, Serdivan / Sakarya, Türkiye. Since we have not named a contracted carrier in the preliminary information form, the return shipping cost is borne by us.
3. Send the product in its box, together with any gift items, in a condition in which it has not lost its saleability. Enclosing a copy of the invoice speeds up the process.
4. Once the product reaches us, it is inspected.

Refund

Within 14 days of your withdrawal notice reaching us, all payments collected, including delivery costs, are refunded. The refund is made by the payment method you used for the order and in a single payment. The time it takes for refunds to credit cards to appear in your account depends on your bank's procedures and is outside our control.

Defective products

The right of withdrawal is separate from your rights arising from a defective product and does not replace them. If the product arrives damaged, incomplete or spoiled, write to meshstickonline@gmail.com regardless of the withdrawal period. If the cargo package shows visible damage, have the courier draw up a report on delivery and do not accept the product.

Disputes

You may submit your complaints and objections, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at the place where you purchased the goods or services or where you reside.
