By using meshstick.com, you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, we ask that you do not use the site.

2. Membership and account
You may need to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and the confidentiality of your password. Transactions made through your account are deemed to be yours. If you notice unauthorized use, notify us at meshstickonline@gmail.com.
Persons under 18 years of age cannot place orders.
3. Product information and prices
Product images are representative; packaging design and colors may differ slightly depending on the print batch. For ingredients, allergen information and best-before date, the product packaging prevails.
Prices include VAT and may be changed without prior notice. A change does not affect confirmed orders. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund your payment in full if there is an obvious material error in price or stock information.
4. Orders and agreement
Your order is concluded when payment is confirmed and the order is accepted by us. The mutual rights and obligations relating to the sale are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form. If we cannot fulfill an order because stock has run out or in cases of force majeure, we will inform you and refund your payment.
5. Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, product images, texts and design elements on the site belong to Akalburgers Gıda Turizm İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission. The Mesh Stick brand and the stick infuser design are protected by patent and trademark.
6. Rules of use
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, nor carry out actions that endanger its security, place excessive load on it or extract data in bulk using automated tools. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that act in breach of these rules.
7. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site current and accurate, but uninterrupted and error-free access is not promised. We cannot be held responsible for temporary access problems that may arise from maintenance, technical faults or causes beyond our control. This article does not limit your rights under consumer legislation or our liability for defective products.
8. About food products
The products we sell are food items; they are not medicines or food supplements. Product names (such as Detox, Vitamin C, Form) are merely the name of the blend and do not promise any health effect. In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, a chronic condition or medication use, consult your physician before consuming herbal tea.
9. Personal data
How your data is processed is explained on the Privacy and Cookie Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice pages.
10. Changes and competent authority
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. Turkish law applies to disputes, and within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent.
