This form contains the information you need to know before completing your order, pursuant to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Basic features of the product

The name, contents, quantity and unit price of the product you order appear on the order summary screen and in your order confirmation e-mail. The basic features of the products are published on the relevant product page and are valid for the duration of the campaign.

Our products are food items. The contents of the package (sticks, number of capsules or weight) are stated on the product page. Ingredients, allergen information, storage conditions and the best-before date appear on the product packaging.

3. Price and payment

Unless otherwise stated, the prices announced on the site are sale prices including VAT. The total amount, including the shipping fee, is shown in the order summary. Payment is collected in full, in advance, by the method you select when ordering.

Announced prices are valid until they are updated. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the stated period.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made by courier to the address you provide when ordering. The delivery period starts from the order confirmation, provided that the statutory 30-day period is not exceeded. The shipping fee is borne by the buyer on orders to which a free shipping campaign does not apply.

If the cargo package shows visible damage, we ask that you have the courier draw up a report before you accept the product.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date on which you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to give written notice to meshstickonline@gmail.com within this period.

After your withdrawal notice, you must return the product within 10 days to the address Arabacıalanı Mah. 588. Sok. No: 4/12, Serdivan / Sakarya, Türkiye. Since we have not named a contracted carrier, the return shipping cost is borne by us. The refund is made within 14 days of your notice reaching us, by the method with which you paid.

6. Cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date may pass.
• Goods whose packaging, tape or seal has been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.

Because our products are food items, boxes of tea and coffee whose packaging has been opened cannot be accepted for return. For products whose packaging is unopened and whose seal is unbroken, your right of withdrawal applies in full.

7. Complaints and disputes

You can send your requests and complaints to meshstickonline@gmail.com or to +90 533 815 10 54. For disputes that cannot be resolved, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at the place where you purchased the product or where you reside.

8. Confirmation

By confirming the order, you declare that you have read and accepted this Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
