Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the conclusion of the agreement, starting from the day the goods are received, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal period starts on the day the goods are delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to give written notice to Akalburgers Gıda Turizm İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. through one of the following channels within this period:

Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases. Because the products we sell are food items, some of the products in our store are directly affected by these exceptions:
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date may pass.
- Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or wrapping have been opened after delivery, where return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
- Goods that, after delivery, become mixed with other products and by their nature cannot be separated.
In practice this means: a return is accepted if the outer packaging of the box has not been opened, its seal is unbroken and the product has not been used. Tea and coffee products whose packaging has been opened cannot be accepted for return for hygiene reasons.
Return process
- Send your withdrawal notice through the channels above within 14 days. State your order number.
- Within 10 days of your notice reaching us, send the product to Arabacıalanı Mah. 588. Sok. No: 4/12, Serdivan / Sakarya, Türkiye. Since we have not named a contracted carrier in the preliminary information form, the return shipping cost is borne by us.
- Send the product in its box, together with any gift items, in a condition in which it has not lost its saleability. Enclosing a copy of the invoice speeds up the process.
- Once the product reaches us, it is inspected.
Refund
Within 14 days of your withdrawal notice reaching us, all payments collected, including delivery costs, are refunded. The refund is made by the payment method you used for the order and in a single payment. The time it takes for refunds to credit cards to appear in your account depends on your bank's procedures and is outside our control.
Defective products
The right of withdrawal is separate from your rights arising from a defective product and does not replace them. If the product arrives damaged, incomplete or spoiled, write to meshstickonline@gmail.com regardless of the withdrawal period. If the cargo package shows visible damage, have the courier draw up a report on delivery and do not accept the product.
Disputes
You may submit your complaints and objections, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at the place where you purchased the goods or services or where you reside.

How do I brew the stick?
Drop the stick into a 200 ml cup, pour freshly boiled water over it and stir now and then for 3-5 minutes. Lift it out when the color and taste are how you like them; since it doesn't drip, there is nothing to wipe up afterward. Green teas prefer slightly cooler water, and 2-3 minutes at around 80 °C is enough.
Can I brew a second cup with the same stick?
No, each stick makes one cup. You can throw the stick away after brewing.
Is it caffeine-free?
It depends on the variety. All the fruit teas, and most of the herbal and mixed herbal teas, are caffeine-free. The caffeinated ones are Chocolate Flavored Mate Tea, Apricot Herbal Tea Blend, matcha and the Assorted Tea Pack (one of its four blends is green tea). Green tea has a little caffeine, black tea a moderate amount and coffee a high amount. Each product's caffeine information is listed in the Details row.
Is the stick safe, and what is it made of?
The stick is made of certified food-contact plastic and complies with European Union Regulation No 10/2011 on food contact materials. It holds only the tea, herb or coffee named on the box.
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
Orders leave our facility in Başiskele, Kocaeli. The shipping fee and estimated delivery time appear at checkout, based on your address. When your order is on its way, we e-mail you the tracking link.
What is your returns policy?
For unopened boxes, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. If the product arrived damaged or the order is wrong, please write to us and we will sort it out with an exchange or a refund. For food safety reasons, we cannot take back opened or used sticks.
Does the stick really not drip?
It doesn't. The mesh holds the water inside instead of releasing it, so you can set the stick straight on a saucer and no water pools underneath. Those 1,150 micro-holes do the work.
Can I make iced tea or cold coffee?
Yes. For iced tea, brew a herbal, fruit or green tea stick twice as strong in a little water, then pour it over a glass full of ice. For cold coffee, make the coffee strong and, once it has cooled, pour it over ice with a little milk.
